A rolloff container, or rolloff dumpster, is a large rectangular metal box made specifically to hold your

wherever they are needed. The back end has large rollers which help ensure it doesn’t damage your
driveway or street, and large doors which open wide and lock in place to the outside wall of the
container for safety. They typically have an open top and low floor for ease of loading, and walls that
can range from 5’ tall to 7’ tall.

LJ Containers works hard to make sure your rental is as easy and convenient for you as possible. All you
need to do is determine when you need the rolloff container, where on your property you’d like us to
put it, and then either call us to lock in your reservation or schedule and reserve right here on the
website.

Almost anything can go in the dumpster. LJ Containers strictly adheres to waste types limited by the
city’s landfill. A few items that are NOT allowed are: dirt, batteries, liquids of any kind, explosives, tires,
pressurized containers, toxic chemicals & hazardous waste.
Some types of debris are VERY heavy for the space they take up. Keep in mind, if you exceed these
limitations on the following items, we may not be able to pick up the load and there could be fees for
making an extra trip.
Concrete & Rock – limited to 9” deep with nothing else in the dumpster, less with other items included
Stone, Brick, or Asphalt – limited to 18” deep with nothing else in the dumpster, less with other items

No. Neither Midland or Odessa require permits to have a rolloff container from LJ Containers placed
anywhere you’d normally park a car. We specifically use only smaller footprint dumpsters for this very
reason.

Absolutely! Whether you’re building a new home, demolishing a building, cleaning out an abandoned
house, doing a full remodel, or any other project that requires more than 22 cubic yards of space, LJ
Containers can schedule multiple containers on-site or exchange containers as often as needed to help
you get your project done. Remember, LJ Containers works hard to make your disposal needs as
convenient as possible!

Yes! LJ Containers can setup a service plan to meet your needs. We require a minimum of one
dumpster exchange, or swap, per month.
